Larnaca: Introducing the birds of Cyprus
Once a month, BirdLife Cyprus organises a meeting especially for newcomers to birdwatching and those who would like to give it a try for the first time. The meeting usually lasts about an hour and a half and will involve a short walk to look at the birds of the month’s chosen area. Binoculars are provided for those without a pair. children are welcome but those under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sunday, 1st April will be at the Larnaca Sewerage Works.
Call 99-059541 or 22-455072 for full details.
As an aside, I went to the February one at Oroklini Marsh and was suitably impressed so I became a member!
