Cyprus Cycling Federation invites you to participate in the MTB Cross Country event “Race Under the Sun – Cyprus 2007” which will take place in Yermasogia Village at 11/03/2007.

After a successful organization in 2006, Cyprus Cycling Federation has decided to organize a high standard Cross Country event. In the event are expected to take part many elite MTBikers. Many world class riders choose Cyprus as their preparation start, as the winter and spring weather in Cyprus is ideal for training on the bike either in Road or off road.

The “Race Under the Sun – Cyprus 2007” is a UCI Class 1 event for the categories Men elite, Women Elite and MU23.

The race takes place in the surrounding hills of Yermasogia Village, on a 6.1km long course specially designed for the event. The course has 245 meters ascend in very lap. The course is technical with steep uphills and downhills.
